Hello and welcome to my review! You know, there are a lot of fitness products and programs on the
internet today, and it’s only natural to treat their claims with a healthy degree of skepticism – scams definitely
exist. That’s my attitude when I look at fitness and muscle building systems, and it was my attitude when I first

Despite my skepticism, I have to say I was blown away by these two systems. In fact, Sean’s
programs are so good that as soon as I picked up the e-book ‘The Truth About Fat Loss’ and read the introduction I
knew I wanted to review it.
How many fitness programs do you know that go back 40,000 years to consider how human beings have evolved, and
what that tells us about fat loss and muscle gain today? How many fitness programs actually admit to you that "it’s
going to take patience and hard work"? Not many. And that’s why it’s such a pleasant change to find a fitness
program from someone who is clearly no-BS; a real bona fide fitness professional who isn’t going to tell you a
bunch of lies about how easy it is to transform your physique.
When you sign up to one of Sean’s programs, what you get is immediate access to a private members-only download
area. From here you can download the two core e-books: ‘The Truth About Building Muscle’ (or ‘TTABM’) and ‘The
Truth About Fat Loss’ (or TTABF). I want to be clear about this. It’s not an either/or thing; you don’t get one
e-book or the other. You get TWO massive e-books, one on muscle building and the other on fat loss, and both of
them are packed with over 250 pages of solid, no-fluff information. I was really impressed by this – you don’t get
this kind of value with a lot of other systems.
TTABM is a total muscle-building guide. It covers things such as why muscles grow, how to structure the perfect
workout, how to nail perfect muscle-building nutrition, the lowdown on supplements, the truth about muscle-building
myths, and the importance of rest and recovery. TTABF, on the other hand, explains everything you need to know
about nutrition (which is obviously a huge topic – it goes for 130 pages!), and everything you need to know about
cardio and weight training for maximum fat loss.
I don’t think it’s a stretch to say TTAMB and TTABF are so comprehensive that once you’ve read them, you might
never need to read anything about burning fat or putting on muscle again!
Along with the e-books, the members’ site gives you access to a set of ‘Muscle Gain’ downloads and a set of ‘Fat
Loss’ downloads. There is a TON of information and tools in each category, including: workout plans; meal plans;
training videos and MP3s; recipe books; diet generators; reports on topics like creatine and cellulite, and reports
on the best fat burning foods…and that’s not even half of what’s there! This is one deal that’s absolutely packed
with value. No matter what problem you might run into on your quest to replace fat with muscle, you’ll find an
answer to it on the site.
All in all, these are some of the most comprehensive, no-holds-barred, nothing-left-to-chance fitness systems I
have seen. I would recommend the Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail and Real Deal Fat Loss Systems to anyone.
